Cancellation & Refunds:

Once you have booked your holiday, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable within 4 weeks of the check in date. If for whatever reason you cannot take your holiday we will refund the full amount less any Paypal costs in full as long as we are notified at least 4 weeks prior to the check in date. For cancellations within the four week period prior to check in the deposit is not refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to the loss of 100% of the booking fee subject to management discretion.
